These essences are a unique therapeutic tool for issues involving the mind, body, and spirit. Through the interaction of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire, essences capture the unique vibration or energy of the colors red, orange, yellow, green, pink, blue, indigo, and violet. Color essences are safe, gentle, subtle but effective and are an excellent addition to other healing modalities such as massage, acupuncture, aromatherapy, counseling, herbal therapies, prayer, and meditation.

COLORS AND CHAKRAS
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “spinning wheel”, and each chakra or energy center (commonly 7) is associated with a color of the rainbow/spectrum. When a chakra becomes “blocked” mental, emotional, physical, and/or spiritual dis-ease can result. Taking color essences internally and applying them externally is an excellent way to gently balance your chakras.
